At the Lakeside they have a banner frame facing a busy road. They regularly change the banner to raise customer awareness of events. eg....'Wedding open day', 'Book now for Mothers Day', 'Gift vouchers available'.
Even if you want the same message on show for a long time, I would recommend changing the banner, colour scheme or layout to keep people interested in your message...people will stop taking note of your message if it remains the same for too long.

Here two customers shared the same building. I installed two double sided, wall mounted banners to either side of the bay window.A directional sign to their car park and entrance was installed between the windows.
The glass over the internal staircase was covered in self-adhesive vinyl to direct customers.

To promote this customers club night, I supplied two 8'x3' pvc banners to go on the railings outside the club and two different types of double-sided mobiles for hanging from the ceiling inside the club. Mobiles were made from 3mm pvc with vinyl graphics applied to both sides.
